Cancellation Policy:
If campervan sites or rooms are cancelled within seven days of the reserved date a 25% cancellation fee will apply. Withing 48 hrs of
reserved date an 80% cancellation fee will apply.
Our Pets:
Please be aware that we have a pet dog. Bear is part of our family, but does not reside inside the house.We do not allow guest dogs at our B&B but by arrangement they can stay in our camp.
Visiting Children:
We welcome children to our home, but ask that they be supervised when outside. We have many caged birds and also have natural streams on our property.

This wonderful FAMILY environment could not be more perfect. Peaceful by streams, swimming holes and surrounded by friendly farm animals. Space for the kids to run free. You can even bring your dog or bird by prior arrangement. This is the place to relax and forget the city hustle and bustle! Let the kids help with feeding the animals while you keep relaxing!!

Our camp is dog friendly,however our B&B is not.) Our guest rooms are NOT separate units but are located in the main home.
Kingfisher Room: King bed which can be turned in to 2 singles . This room has ensuite
facilities, i.e., own shower and toilet, TV, electric blankets.
Pukeko Room:
One queen-size bed (separate guest bathroom)
Fantail Room:
Queen bed with ensuite bathroom. Separate entrance.
